Microfocus X-ray imaging system - MultiFocus

The 10 x15cm CMOS detector is equipped with a 10-50kV radiation source, making MultiFocus ideal for imaging multiple samples. With a focal size of 11 microns and an 8-fold geometric magnification, it can provide images with a resolution of up to 80lp/mm.

The advanced automatic exposure control system allows the system to choose the exposure time and voltage settings for the sample, which can be completed with just one click of the mouse.

No additional radiation shielding device required
