The PlantSpecTM 100 high-throughput hyperspectral phenotype imaging system can be used in conjunction with plant transport systems (sold separately) to move plants through imaging towers. The system includes an imaging room and two hyperspectral cameras (VNIR standard), an lighting system, and a hyperspectral workstation. Includes data visualization software and other software tools that can be used for hyperspectral imaging analysis.

Basic configuration

The PlantSpec 100 high-throughput hyperspectral phenotype imaging system includes the following components:

• A light shielded imaging tower with automatic doors;

Lighting system suitable for top and side imaging;

Power supply module;

Software controlled electric driver for driving image scanning of each camera;

MSV 500 VNIR hyperspectral camera 400-1000nm (standard);

• OLE-17mm lens (optional);

• White reference panel;

Fast image acquisition software with PLC interface;

• Customizable transmission system for continuous operation;

• Radio frequency scanning RFID plant identification system;

Water and fertilizer station (optional);

Automatic measurement module;
