Turner Designs has launched the Trilogy laboratory fluorometer, which is a highly compact and multifunctional laboratory equipment that can measure three indicators of fluorescence, absorbance, and turbidity by using snap in application modules. Used for laboratory testing of parameters such as chlorophyll in fields such as hydrology and environmental protection.
The Trilogy laboratory fluorometer has a touch display interface, making the operation and calibration process more intuitive. At the same time, it can also store 18 named calibration curves, saving time for future measurements. By using the snap in module, more applications can be easily added to Trilogy.
The fluorescence module is suitable for the determination of chlorophyll a (extractable acidification, non acidification, and in vivo), rhodamine, fluorescent dyes, blue-green algae (phycoerythrin and phycocyanin), crude oil, refined oil, CDOM, and ammonium. For the determination of extracted chlorophyll obtained through the EPA 445 method, Trilogy can automatically calculate the sample concentration value based on volume.
The turbidity module adopts an IR LED light source with a wavelength of 860nm, which can meet the requirements of water turbidity measurement (ISO7027).
Spreadsheet Interface Software supports real-time display functionality and converts stored data into Excel spreadsheet format.
